Description

I am a single 31 year old female, no children or pets. I am clean and tidy, always happy to do my part with housework, always pay rent on time, very independent. Happy to have friendly chat when see each other around the house but mostly keep to myself, I prefer to sort out my own food/cooking. I work part time and am also on a Winz benefit for extra assistance as well. I dont have a car.

My budget is $250 p/week (INCLUDING power & wifi, buy own food separately.) Not keen to live with heaps of people. A room with an ensuite bathroom is my preference but definitely isn’t a deal breaker. Please make contact if you may have something that suits, Thanks, Olivia
