Hi, I’m elizabeth davis and I’m looking for a place in Dunedin with a budget of $200 per week. I have been living in the Uk caring for my parents for the last 11 years but am moving back to stay with my old neighbour in Chch on 15th October this year . I want to eventually buy a place in Dunedin but need a shortish term rental in a fully furnished room while I look at properties and get to know the area and find a job there . I am very easy going and get on with most people I meet . I prefer to share with women , just because its easier and preferably ones more around my age . Thanks .
