Hi there, Iā€™m looking for a self contained studio or small private space that could also be part of an existing house. Iā€™m temporarily in Christchurch undergoing medical treatment, however I need to be back up in the Tauranga region to be able to assist taking care of my elderly who unfortunately has had a stroke. Iā€™m 48 and lead a busy life, and Iā€™m really looking for a place to chill at the end of each day. I have most of my belongings in a storage facility, so an unfinished dwelling is fine.
