Hi everyone! 👋 We are a Korean couple in our 20s looking for a warm and comfortable room or flat to call home.

Preferred Locations: Hobsonville, West Harbour, Westgate, Massey, or surrounding areas.

About Us: Full-Time Workers: We are both full-time working professionals with stable incomes—I work at a supermarket and my girlfriend is a barista ☕. We always pay rent and bills on time without fail.

Respectful & Considerate: We are quiet, friendly, and very respectful of privacy and personal space. We hate causing any inconvenience to others!

Clean & Tidy: We take great pride in keeping our living space spotless and well-maintained.

Lifestyle: Non-smokers and no pets. We enjoy a calm and peaceful home environment.

What We Are Looking For: Room Type: Ensuite room (with private bathroom) preferred 🛁

Budget: $300 – $380 per week

Location: Hobsonville / West Harbour / Westgate / Massey

Move-in Date: Available 2 weeks after notice (we need to give 2 weeks’ notice at our current place, but can be flexible for the right fit).
