Hi, I’m Griffin and I’m looking for a place in Dunedin with a (starting) budget of $200 per week. I have a well behaved large elderly dog - I have references for myself & my dog even has a couple of references of her own. I’m clean & tidy. I’ve never lost a bond in my decades of renting. I’m not employed as I have MS. That means I’m usually home, though I hope you have some grounds that need attention that can take some of my time. I’m more than happy to pay a bond for myself, and an additional bond for my dog.
