Hi, Iā€™m Kiera and I am moving from Palmy to Christchurch mid November and would love to team up with someone to find a 3bdr home with a nice yard and garage. I can pay anywhere from 500-800 a week. Your portion of rent is negotiable. I am having trouble getting a place there as it seems you have to see homes in person in order for your application to be considered. So would love to talk with someone who is already in Christchurch able to attend viewings. I am quiet and very much a homebody and like my own space. I will be a full time student at UC. I have 2 dogs both very well trained and have had them for 4 and 9 years. I currently live in a home alone so I have plenty of items for the new space, including an extra super king sized bed. Would like to find someone around my age (29).
