Hi! I’m looking for a private, quiet and tidy place to call home in Rotorua, as I may be relocating for work. I’m a very quiet, respectful and private person and I like keeping my living space clean and tidy. I would ideally prefer a room with my own bathroom/toilet, but I’m completely happy to share a bathroom with others if needed.I’m a non-smoker and would prefer a pet-free home. I’ll mainly be working, so I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable home rather than a busy or party-focused flat. I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy and would appreciate the same in return. Ideally looking for a clean, quiet and friendly household. Budget till $250
