Hi! I’m Khamella and I’m looking for a furnished place in Dunedin with a budget of $250-300 per week including rent, power and Wi-Fi.

I’ll be moving to Dunedin in February 2027 to study at Otago Polytechnic. I’m pretty easygoing, clean and respectful, and I’d love a flat that feels cosy and homey! I love meeting new people, socialising and having a good chat, but I also love having my own space and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. I’m always down to hang, whether that’s cooking together, watching movies or just having a little catch-up! I’m looking for a clean, friendly flat with good vibes where we can all get along and feel at home.🫶🏻💕
