Hi, I’m CHARLENE Rochelle Manawanui SIMEON and I’m looking for a place in Feilding with a budget of $300 per week. I work part time im very clean and tidy I like the odd drink I smoke cigarettes outside do not like the smell inside I burn incense chilled layed back to old for dramas if you think you would like me as a roomie the negatives im a monster when it comes to cleaning so I may as well be honest I hate dishes on the sink or piled in the sink clothes on the bathroom floor hair in the bathroom anywhere and the toilet must be absolutely spotless without odors I dont mind pets if they live outside I come with legit references from my previous landlords who can be also contacted by phone if you can put up with me id be happy to be your roomie I pay on time and ahead when I know I be visiting my grandchildren in Australia which I do twice a year . I work permanent part time at Sprockets NZ and currently signing a contract for another commercial cleaning site . Happy to join up with anyone looking for accommodation Kind Regards People
