Hi everyone! I am looking for a new place and would be keen to meet up with anyone also looking to find a place to share with me. I am looking in the Addington, Hoonhay,Hillmorton and Spreydon areas for a two bedroom easy care townhouse around the $530 a week mark. So half rent, bond etc and 50% in monthly bills.

I have all of the furniture to furnish the home including kitchen appliances etc.

I am very clean and tidy and respectful of others privacy and would like someone the same. Not into parties but sharing the odd drink and meal in the evening would be fun!
