Hi there!

I’ve recently arrived in Christchurch from the US and am looking for a comfortable place to call home for the next 3–6 months, potentially longer if it’s a good fit.

I’m a professional with a background in IT, software engineering, and logistics. I’ve moved to New Zealand for a fresh start and to explore new career opportunities. I’m financially secure, with sufficient funds to comfortably cover rent and living expenses.

I’m friendly, respectful, tidy, and easygoing. I enjoy socializing and getting to know my flatmates, but also value personal space and a peaceful home. I’m considerate of others and believe good communication makes for a great household.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished private room in a friendly, relaxed flat, preferably with other working professionals.

I’m already in Christchurch and happy to arrange a viewing or meet in person.
