Hi everyone! I’m looking for a lovely, peaceful place to call home in Hamilton, ideally sharing with just one other mature woman. I work full-time as a Centre Manager at an early childhood centre in Hamilton East. I’m friendly, easygoing, tidy and considerate. I enjoy a good chat and a laugh, but also appreciate my own space and quiet time. I’d love somewhere homely, comfortable and relaxed, preferably with my own bathroom or ensuite and a little garden or outdoor area. I’m also very happy to consider a self-contained downstairs flat, granny flat or studio. I’m looking for somewhere long-term, a place where I can really settle in and feel at home. Ideally within 10–15 minutes of Hamilton East. I’m hoping to move in November or December, but I’m flexible for the right place.
