Hi, I’m William and I’m looking for a place in Christchurch with a budget of approx $300 per week. I’m financially secure, currently working in construction, and am seeking short-term accommodation for 3-6 months (possibly longer depending if it’s suitable for both of us etc).

Anyway, about me, I worked in Asia for 10 years mainly in Japan, and Shanghai, China. Enjoy travel, gym, sports; especially skiing, tennis, watching rugby etc, social drinker on weekends. Pretty laid back and prefer to give people space, but also keen to be social. Tidy, respectful etc.
