Description

Hi! I’m Alex, and I’ll be moving to Porirua to study a Bachelor of Nursing at Whitireia in February 2027.

I’m looking for a room or a place to rent, ideally around NZ$200–250 per week.

I have two cats, and I haven’t decided whether to bring them with me yet. It will depend on whether I can find a suitable, affordable place that allows two cats.

I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I’d be happy to hear about any available rooms or places!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
