Hi, I’m Amy and I am an 18 year old first year Engineering student at UC looking for a place in Christchurch starting from early January 2027. I am tidy, well-organized, and quite focused on my studies, but I always enjoy a friendly chat or shared dinner. I don’t have any pets of my own, but I absolutely love animals, so if the flat already has a resident cat or dog, that is a massive bonus for me! I have a car, so having a place to park (either on-street or off-street) would be great. My budget is up to $250 per week including expenses. While being close to uni is ideal, I’m more than happy to drive or take the bus if the flat is a bit further out. I’m a non-smoker, clean up after myself, and am very respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours during exam Eason. If you think I’d fit nicely into your home, I’d love to connect.
