Description

Hi, I’m xiaoxia and I’m looking for a place in Oratia with a budget of $280 per week. I’m a mum looking for a room for myself and my 9-year-old daughter within the Oratia District School enrolment zone.

We’re hoping to move in around Christmas 2026 and stay for approximately two months. Exact dates can be discussed.

Ideally, we’d like a furnished room suitable for both of us, with access to a kitchen and laundry and convenient access to school. A family home with a primary-school-aged child would be lovely, so the children could make friends and play together.
