Description

Hi,

My name is Aayush Prashanth, and I’m moving to New Zealand for a job near your property. Is your place still available?

I start work on 9 December and expect to arrive about a week beforehand, though my flights and dates aren’t confirmed yet.

I’m fairly easygoing and enjoy having a quiet place to come home to after work. I like cooking and going out occasionally, and I’m considering taking up painting or surfing once I’ve settled in. I’m tidy and considerate of the people I live with.

I’d be happy to arrange a call to introduce myself and learn more about the place. Please feel free to ask any questions!

Kind regards, Aayush Prashanth

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
