Looking for a flat in Auckland for 2027 🏠

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a room/flat in Auckland for next year as I’ll be starting at AUT in February studying Sport & Exercise Science.

I’m 20, chill and easy to live with. I’m clean, respectful and always happy to have a yarn, but I’m also good at doing my own thing and giving people their space.

Hobbies include the gym, mainly bodybuilding, and I’m keen to get more into powerlifting. I also love sports, mainly basketball and rugby union, although I’m trying to get into league as well. I’m into anime and all the usual nerdy shit 😂 and I’m a bit of a lowkey gamer too. I don’t play heaps, but I’ve got an Xbox on hand if anyone’s keen for a game. Also collect and play the One Piece TCG

Ideally looking for somewhere around $200–220 per week or even cheaper 😂 and somewhere close to the AUT North Campus. I’m pretty open to different areas though.

Would be looking to move in around late Jan/early Feb 2027.
