Hi, I’m Steve and I’m looking for a place in the Northshore Browns Bay, Albany and Glenfield with a budget of $350 per week. I am a mature Kenyan postgraduate student and working professional, currently employed part-time in Silverdale. My accommodation at Massey University is coming to an end, and I am looking for a comfortable, place where I can settle. I am naturally quiet and reserved, and I value a peaceful home environment where everyone’s privacy and daily routines are respected. I also have my own transport. Ideally, I would like to move in before 22 November 2026. I would be happy to introduce myself further and arrange a visit at your convenience. I look forward to hearing from you.
