Hi, I’m Juniper and my friend Ashley and her two daughters and I are looking for a place in Otumoetai, Bellevue, Matua or Tauranga South areas with a budget of $750 per week. We are looking for a 3+ bedroom, ideally 2 bathroom, home in zone for Otumoetai or Tauranga Primary Schools, or another primary school available from January 2027 on.
Ashley and her daughters are moving to Aotearoa New Zealand in early January 2027 from Honolulu, Hawai’i. I am from Hawai’i as well but have lived in NZ for 6+ years. Ashley is a university professor and will be teaching at the University of Waikato - Tauranga. I work in public healthcare administration. We are both tidy, respectful tenants who have long rental histories and can provide references. Thank you for reading and please feel free to reach out if you know of a suitable home.
