Im new to the area and looking for something easy access to central PN. Within a 25 min drive.

Im pretty easy going and positive. I will be working a lot.

I like to be a bit socialable with my flatties but am happy to do my own thing. Im clean and tidy, responsible and independent.

Im looking to live with other working professionals who are used to living out of home. Im not fussed on flatmates gender. Love dogs and cats.

Im flexible with rate (bills included), looking for furnished room (or I can buy a bed). Wish list is to ideally have own bathroom and id love a place with a bath if available.

Ill be in PN for a minimum of 12 months at this stage. Im relocating for work and will be there on 9th Nov.
