Inigo Romano

Hi! I’m Inigo, 23, a recent university graduate moving to Auckland in early November to start a full-time job in the tech industry.

I’m primarily looking for a place on the North Shore, ideally within a 10–15 minute walk of a ferry terminal with services to Downtown Auckland, as I’ll be commuting to work in the CBD.

I’m a very clean, tidy, and considerate person who’s particularly conscious of hygiene and keeping shared spaces well-maintained. I’m respectful of other people’s privacy, belongings, and personal space, and I always clean up after myself.

I’ve previously lived in university halls for three years, where I also worked as a Residential Assistant (RA), so I’m very familiar with communal living and being considerate of others.

I’m fairly independent and enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment, but I’m also friendly, approachable, and happy to socialise with flatmates. I don’t smoke, drink, or party.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, gaming, watching movies, and getting outdoors for walks and hikes.

I’m looking for a furnished room with a budget of up to $280 per week, ideally including bills. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can call home over the summer, with the possibility of extending my stay.

I’m responsible, reliable with rent, and would treat the property with the same care and respect as my own home!
