My name is Guillermo, I’m from Uruguay and I’m looking for a room to rent in Queenstown.

I’ll be arriving on 28 November and I’m looking for long-term accommodation. I have a 3-year work visa, and I’ve actually lived in Queenstown before, so I’m already familiar with the area.

I’m a responsible, respectful and tidy person. I’m clean, easygoing, considerate of others and always respect shared spaces and house rules. I work full-time and enjoy living in a peaceful and friendly environment.

I’d love to know if the room is still available and if it would be possible to arrange a viewing (or a video call) before I arrive.
