Samantha

Hi, I’m Samantha and I’m looking for a place in Christchurch Central with a budget of around $200 - $250 per week. I’m studying my second year of a Bachelor of Musical Theatre at ARA and so would love to live somewhere close to there.

I’m a social person but enjoy plenty of time to myself. I’m not a partier, drinker or smoker and would rather stay at home with a book or craft and a hot chocolate. I do love humming and singing (due to the nature of my course!) but mainly in my room when I’m doing chores. I try to be tidy, but leaving early and coming home late can cause a bit of tired mess, but always stays exclusive to my room. I’m very diligent with keeping shared spaces clean.

This past year I boarded with a family and so have learnt the ins and outs of staying with other people and keeping respectful and tidy.

I have a nut and sesame allergy but this is very well managed and having those ingredients in the space is all good, just if I eat it it’s an issue! Despite this I’m a massive foodie and love baking and cooking, espeically to share :D.

I would preferably like to stay with other female flatmates. I have a partner I like to visit and would like to come over too. He is incredibly respectful and clean and if you would like to meet them prior to moving in then that would be absolutely fine. He is also a non smoker/drinker and I would be happy to let you know if he ever came over.
