I’m Steph (45), looking for a quiet, long-term room in a peaceful home.

I am very clean and quiet. I work from home, but I am out for part of the day and spend most of my time in my room. I am quiet, independent, keep to myself, and am very mindful of utility usage. I am easy to get along with and always pay rent and bills on time without hassle.

My 5-year-old female dog is exceptionally well-trained, non-shedding, calm, friendly, and a non-barking breed. She is clean, up-to-date on all parasite treatments, and stays with me throughout the day.

I take exceptional care of where I live, and my references show that she and I do not cause any issues.
