Hi, I’m Kutay I’m moving to Christchurch in March, from the Netherlands. In the past I lived in the Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, Turkey and the UK. I’ve been living in shared housing for over a decade, sharing the house with 11 others. I’m a huge fan of sharing meals and having small house traditions to keep the shared house as a home and not as temporary accommodation. I can make amazing meals, with my housemates I like to compete on who can make the fanciest meals every now and then and have tasting evenings. In the Netherlands I work as a mechatronics engineer on space related projects. I studied mechanical engineering, then applied maths, so I am a bit of a nerd. I love climbing surfing and mountain biking. Honestly mainly climbing. I’m looking for a place in Christchurch with a budget of $500 per week. Looking forward to making new friends and exploring Christchurch and its surroundings.
