Hi, I’m Dylan I’m 36 Canadian here on a working Holliday. I’m looking for a place in Mount Maunganui strip or papamoa beach area. I’m a bartender. Super chill easy going, always clean up after my self every time, I do a lot of hiking, biking, gym, hopefully improve my surfing, usually will keep to myself but will join in for a social beer as well, not a big partier here to enjoy the beach. Need a place for now till about march or April ish. I’ve loved with plenty of roommates and am a multiple landlord myself so I take care of a place how I’d like it to be. Just me but gf is visiting for a few weeks over Christmas, happy to pay extra utilities at that time, hopefully a friend or two visits at some point as well. Looking for a house with preferably 1-2 other flat mates max. Need parking for one motorcycle. on Instagram for social proof. Cheers!
