Hi there! We are Roy and Nanami, a working couple looking for a tidy and quiet room/place to rent in Hastings or nearby. Preferably a studio. ​ About Us: We are responsible, clean, and easygoing. We respect others’ privacy and personal space, and we always keep common areas neat and tidy. We aren’t party people and prefer a quiet, comfortable living environment. ​ Work & Financials: We are both working locally and have a stable income, so rent will always be paid on time.

​Budget & Move-in: Our budget is up to $400/week (including power/internet if possible). We are ready to move in sometime next week.
