I’m looking for a flatmate required situation in Christchurch, in the Edgeware , Shirley, St Albans areas or close by.

I require a situation with: a new-ish townhouse; an ensuite; off street parking; bed provided if possible; laundry facilities and prefer only 1 other, groovy cool flatmate. Happy to co-habitate with a kitty or two, but no dogs.

Move in as soon as possible, but date will be 2 weeks after agreement is completed between us, as I have to give notice with my current situation.

I’ve recently relocated to Christchurch after 19 years in Auckland, although I am originally from Christchurch. I have a property currently on the market in Auckland, so need temp. accommodation until it sells (It’s been on the market for a while now - it’s a mare selling up there!) and I then have to source another property to buy down here. I am self-employed and currently work in the heritage field. I have no pets; I am trustworthy, clean living and tidy, oh, and humourous yadda yadda 😁😁🤣
