I am a 19 year old female who is relocating back to New Zealand after being in Australia for 12 years, I have been offered a work from home job position for a not profit youth organisation so I’m needing a place that I can turn into a homely and work feel base. I am trust worthy I pay rent on time I’m also a very quite person who keeps to themselves I like to have a yarn now and then but besides that I mind my own business I am very clean I have OCD so cleaning is what I love to do in my down time I hardly drink only have a few on special occasions I do vape but you’ll hardly notice me puffing on the vape majority of the time
