Master includes ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and heat pump.

• Master bedroom for a single: $340 (including utilities $45/person) per week
• for a couple $410 (including utilities) per week.

If you can afford to, there is a large single room that you can have for your lounge, especially good for couples who would like extra space. It has been used this way before. Fitted a couch, large long desk, so used as an office also. With the TV mounted on the wall. Also had a fridge in there too.

The rooms are comfortable and bright, and the property has plenty of storage and outdoor space, with off-street parking. The rent includes reasonable use of shared facilities and household amenities.

I’m looking to create a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house, where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy having people around but also value everyone having their own space and privacy.

The location is convenient for shops, transport and everyday amenities, while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. 🌻
