The unit is attached to the main house however it’s completely private and has a separate entrance Suitable for one mature tenant only at all times. The unit features a heat pump, fridge freezer, en suite bathroom, double bed base, sofa, kitchen bench. Access to a private washing machine by arrangement with the landlord. Off street parking. We require a 3 week bond and 1 week rent in advance. Ideal tenant has to be clean, tidy and quiet. No loud music or noisy cars please. No parties or gatherings. Smoking only outside the studio. Will be able to pass a Police and credit check. No pets, we have our own and they are not sociable with others, sorry 2 References from previous Jobs or landlords.
