The house has an open living area that leads out to a sunny deck where you can enjoy the views and fresh air. Master bedroom has a King sized bed, Second bedroom has Triple Bunks (double on the bottom, single on top) It’s a great place for families or couples wanting to unwind & relax, with everything you need for a laid-back beach getaway. Wide driveway provides lots of parking for a boat or caravan. Large flat back lawn for summer games. Local shops like 4 square and New World, laundromat only 5 minute’s drive away.

HOUSE RULES No pets allowed. No drugs or parties including large gatherings. No vaping or smoking. The number of people staying must match the booking.

AMENITES Oven, cooktop, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, heat pump, washing line and pegs. Bathroom includes a bath and a large walk-in shower, hairdryer. Please NOTE: no laundry facilities on site, only washing line & pegs available. Laundromat is at 7/41 Moir Street, Village Mangawhai (approx. 4mins drive)

SLEEPING Master Room, has a king size bed Note* the property is not fully fenced so wouldn’t recommend pets as there is nothing to stop them walking onto the road. Two separate rental terms available. Property available from 1st September 2026 through until 18th December 2026 (shorter term negotiable) It will also be available from 10th April 2027 through until December 2027
