Please note, as the access is up a staircase, this apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Please note, you have shared use of the separate laundry, garden and deck areas.

Short or mid-term (up to 12 months) rental option available. Weekly rental includes all furnishings, linen, ready to move in and enjoy, power and WiFi. Gas (hot water) is at the tenant’s expense.

Garage and off-street parking is available for one vehicle only in a designated space.

Amenities include: heat pump, smart TV, whiteware, cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, cooking equipment, built-in wardrobe, bed linen, towels.

Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Sorry no pets are allowed.
