Enjoy expansive view of islands and ocean from this 2-storied, comfortable family beach house. Just one house back from the beach & easy walking access at beach exit 15.
Available for Beach Hop and Christmas/New Year periods each year.

XMAS/NY $1100pn (10 night minimum), BEACH HOP $650pn (4 night minimum)

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps 7, has a full laundry & kitchen with dishwasher & waste disposal.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 singles. Downstairs bedroom 3 has a queen & a single.
Chattels include kayaks, small pool table, BBQ, TV with freeview, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture.
NO PETS
NO SMOKING.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $59 admin fee, a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 and a security bond minimum of $500, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
No Pets. No smoking.
Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm.
