I love this home, it has a really nice feel, is very spacious, light and sunny and has fantastic heating.

The lounge room is a generous size and has a very large window so lovely and light. A wood fire here, so you can have beautiful heat throughout. Plus there is a large heat pump in the hallway and a HRV. No shortage of heating here.

There is sliding doors between the lounge room and dining room. This dining area is nice and light and has French doors that open out to a very large North facing deck and out to the lovely planted and landscaped gardens.

This kitchen is nice and tidy, has a modern oven, rangehood and also a dishwasher. Has a nice view of the back yard.

A very nice modern and near new bathroom. The shower is over the bath, modern vanity with drawers and toilet. There is a 2nd toilet in the laundry room.

The main bedroom is large, has a nice big window so plenty of light. There is one single wardrobe in this room.

The 2nd bedroom will fit a Queen size bed and has a very good wardrobe.

Home Office - this is an fabulous room ideal for working from home. It is light and just a nice size.

The laundry is just off the kitchen and back porch area, a good size room, modern tub and also a toilet. The clothesline is handy to the laundry.

A fantastic double garage with remote door. There is also off street parking.

Our ideal tenants will have excellent rental history, and be house proud. Very sorry but this is definitely a no pets property.
