Spacious room available only a 2-minute walk from Victoria University of Wellington’s Kelburn campus. The flat enjoys beautiful city views (included in the photos) and access to a top-floor backyard with panoramic views over Wellington.
The room features a large walk-in wardrobe hidden behind a movable mirrored wall, providing plenty of storage space. The flat is 420-friendly.
The bed, bed frame, and desk can be included with the room for the incoming tenant if desired(Please note bedding shown in photos is not included), making it an ideal option for students looking for a furnished room.
The flat is spread over three levels. The bottom floor has one bedroom. The middle floor includes the available room, the main entrance, and a bathroom located just across the hallway. The top floor is the main shared living area, including the kitchen, another bathroom, four additional bedrooms, and access to the outdoor deck/courtyard. The laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also located on the top floor.
The flat consists of five other student flatmates and has a friendly, social atmosphere. While the flat can be lively at times, everyone gets along well and respects each other’s space.
Rent is $250 per week, excluding bills, and the room is available immediately.
