Kia ora! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful Ngaio home!!

The flat is nestled high in the trees on Mt Kaukau with heaps of awesome bird life and even a little bush track at the foot of our house that leads to a quiet park and a ten minute walk to the nearest train station! We have bush-facing floor to ceiling windows in the lounge, perfect for soaking in the morning sun. The house itself is very peaceful and quiet.

We also have a garage with storage space and a drive with space for two cars as well as well as plenty of storage space.

There are two bathrooms, two living areas both with heat pumps - one is used as an office/quiet activity area and four bedrooms!

The available room the largest in the house with a big window, good light, and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a smaller room available.

Rent is $271.25 including expenses

Bond is $920

Move in Date is Mid July

We are a queer and neurodivergent friendly flat!!! There will be two sweet kitties also living in the flat alongside us two current humans so loving them would be a bonus! We love a nice flat hang and a little quiz between all of our alone time :)
