The available room is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a large north-facing window. You’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate.

The house is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, lounge/dining furniture, kitchenware, a sunny deck, BBQ area, outdoor shower for after swims/surfing, and a small home gym setup in the garage. The home has a relaxed, healthy, active feel - definitely not a party flat, but still social, friendly, and easygoing.

The flat also includes all high-quality kitchenware, non-toxic cookware, and a full benchtop water filter system for 100% clean drinking water. It is also a gas hot water system and a gas stove for cooking.

You’ll be living with 3 additional flatmates - aged from 25-29. We are active, outdoorsy, easygoing, and into beach walks, gym, biking, hiking, fishing & hunting, surfing, BBQs, and the odd games night. Plus Ralph, a well-trained and adorable Kelpie cross.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, long-term, and easy to live with. Ideally enjoys the beach, outdoors, walking, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle. Good with dogs and suited to a relaxed, non-party, yet social and cruisey home.

No smokers, no couples, and no additional pets, please.
