About the room

Beautiful morning sun in the dining and kitchen, then afternoon sun in the lounge and master bedroom. House is fully furnished, though the bedroom will need to be kitted out. We have large backyard with a vege garden, double garage and lots of off street parking.

About the roomies

Currently occupied by myself and Monica, both in our late twenties, work in Picton and love the outdoors. We moved here for work from Kapiti (Jackson) and Christchurch (Monica).

I am away for work during the week sometimes and Monica is most weekends tramping or exploring. We love to host our friends and family, with plenty of space in the garage for social evenings.
