About the room

A lovely house with very sunny lounge and extensive outdoor areas located on a quiet street in redwood. Papanui Paknsave is just down the road along with Northlands and Northwood also being nearby. Just bring bedroom furniture everything else is already established in the home. Power and internet is split between us and works out to around $70 per month.

3 existing male flatmates all in our 20s studying or working full time. We enjoy hanging out and occasionally have mates over.
