This is a no pet, no smoker, no party, no vape house flat. We’re a welcoming professionals and like-minded individuals who value both community and personal space. Our flat has a relaxed, respectful vibe where everyone takes pride in keeping things clean and tidy — we’re all busy, so we appreciate flatmates who are considerate and independent. We’re looking for responsible professionals, students, and mature individuals (40+) who are genuine, quiet to moderate in lifestyle, and respectful of shared spaces. We don’t currently have couples living here, so we’re seeking individual flatmates who will fit naturally into our existing dynamic. Current mates are working engneer, IT developers and Tourguide.
