Lovely character home thats been renovated, close to train. Warm and sunny can be furnished or unfurnished. Choice of two-3 rooms, sharing with one female owner, a fluffy doggo, cat and a bunch of chickens. Loads of vege gardens, fruit trees and wholesome vibes. Large workroom/studio if you have hobbies, make art. Plenty of scope to make a longterm home here. One smaller room 250 and one very big 280. If you are wanting a couple of rooms etc, we can negotiate. Important to me that I live with trustworthy, tidy and kind people. Cost includes everything including firewood and veges. No smoking or vaping.

I live here alone, but occasionally have family or friends to stay. I run a not for profit and often work from home. Im a mad grower of food and always have projects im working on. Would love to share with someone down to earth, that likes animals and is clean and tidy.
