About the room
in search of some one to fill the room pictured, it will be unfurnished when you move in. The room is of good size (king mattress pictured) for reference with a built in wardrobe. The house has recent new carpet and also brand new blinds and curtains as of a week ago.
The house itself is tidy and on a large section in Greenmeadows. Over time i will be updating the house but this will not stop the functionality of the house when it comes to doing things! As mentioned the room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished.
Ideally after someone in the 20s who is clean, tidy and most importantly respectful of the property and each other. This isnt a party house but we do like the odd quiet drink with mates also!
About the roomies
You will be joining myself (M 25 home owner) and another flatty (M 21), we are both laid back guys that like to keep busy.
