Small, coasy room located in Grafton. Has a bed, desk, and build in wardrobe. The room can be unfurnished. Quiet street 3 minutes walk to cafés, shops, bus station, hospital, museum and domain. Grafton train station is about 10 min. walking distance.
We’re three roommates — two students and a chef — sharing a home we enjoy coming back to. We also have two cats who come with the deal. We keep things simple: quiet evenings, clean shared spaces, and everyone does their part. We’re friendly people and love the occasional hangout.
