We’re looking for a reliable person to join our friendly, owner-occupied home in New Brighton so close to the beach. The house is situated in New Brighton but for some reason it is showing as Huon Hay/Somerfield and I haven’t been able to change that. About the room single bedroom Can be furnished or unfurnished Warm, comfortable owner-occupied home Great location Close to New Brighton Beach Two bus routes Close to shops and other local amenities Rent $200 per week includes household expenses Food is not included Our home We all pitch in with household chores, including mowing the lawn, to keep the home running smoothly. No pets, as we already have one very lovable Husky who is part of the family. Reference checks will be required.
