I have two rooms available for rent in a four-bedroom house in Hamilton area . The room comes furnished and the rest of the flat has essential furnishing and kitchen utensils. . The weekly rent is $190 (electricity, wifi included ) . $270 for couple. Bond will be 2 weeks rent.

We belong to a Hindu family of 4 including my wife and two kids.

We are looking for a reliable , well-maintained, vegetarian flatmate or someone who won’t cook/eat meat inside the property due to religious reasons.
