Quiet neighbours, surrounded by greenery, beautiful views of the harbour and surrounding city.

Large room with plenty of space at the opposite end of the house to the other bedroom (so plenty of privacy, too!). Fits multiple items. Currently a full-sized digital piano, queen bed, multiple bookshelves, armchair, footrest, desk and pc setup.

Large living room/dining area with heatpump, window seating with gorgeous views and plenty of bird ambiance. Very cosy couch, extendable dining table, chairs.

Workable garden space (I have plans for wildflowers, and a little tactile area featuring lamb’s ears for cosy sitting and reading). Outdoor clothesline, compost bin, outdoor storage for tools.

Kitchen supplies are plentiful, I have an induction stove that you’re welcome to use, immersion blender, nutribullet, large mixing bowl, and I’m looking to invest in more quality baking and cooking equipment.

One and a half bathrooms! (One with shower, sink, toilet, the other with just a toilet, so no waiting!)

Roughly 40 dollars a week for expenses (internet, power)

Plenty of on-street parking, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, about 10 minutes to the brooklyn shops.

No bond needed! (A rare perk!!) The landlord is very chill and responsive, and is very easy to communicate with if needed.

Friendly transfemme in her late 20s who enjoys cooking and baking, movies, reading.

I enjoy a quiet environment, but am more than happy for movie nights, game nights, things along those lines.
