🏡In the granny flat you have your own living room double sized bedroom and ensuite. There is a bench top with sink and can have applicances such as air fryer jug toaster ect… There is already a fridge/freezer in there for you.

This is a perfect place for a couple or single person who likes their own personal space. Your whole space comes unfurnished so bring your own furniture and belongings to make it your own

🏡As well as having your own space you have full access to the main house where the main kitchen is, laundry area and outdoor area is. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms.

📍We are located next street over from a motorway so very handy and a couple min drive from Westgate shopping centre. Public transport in the area great also. Lots of off street parking. You also have 1 driveway car parking spot right outside your flat.
