About the room
Two large rooms available in a 4-bedroom house in Forrest Hill / Milford. Both rooms are good sized and have heat pumps in them. The rooms have the main access to a very nice bathroom, which will be shared between them as I have my own bathroom upstairs. A ranch slider gives one room private access. Off-street parking available. Bus stop not far from outside, it’s a good location close to the Milford shops. Bills are included to make it easy for everyone. I’ve got Netflix, Neon, and willing to get HBO Max and Sky Sport Now if there is interest.
About the roomies
The flatmates are me, 40s professional, my partner and my son 13 yo. I’m looking for trustworthy and friendly flatmates. Must be able to keep the place tidy, ok with a teenager, and ok to have a beer or wine or non-alcoholic beverage with.
Should be easy going. No smokers/vapers. Otherwise I am open to all genders and ages - so come along and check it out.
