About the room

Two large rooms available in a 4-bedroom house in Forrest Hill / Milford. One room has a queen bed in it. Both rooms are quite large and have heat pumps in them. The rooms have the main access to a very nice bathroom, which will be shared between them as I have my own bathroom upstairs. Doors on either side gives one room private access from either the patio or the car port. This room is really sunny, and the other room has good light too. The rooms are at one end of the house, and my son and I live upstairs, so it really is quite private.

Off-street parking available. Bus stop less than 50m down the road. It’s a good location close the motorway at Tristam Ave, and close to Lake Pupuke.

Bills are included to make it easy for everyone. I’ve got Netflix, Neon, and willing to get HBO Max and Sky Sport Now if there is interest. So this is actually quite a good deal.

I’m looking for easy going friendly flatmates, clean and tidy but not too high strung. Hopefully someone I could have a beer (or whatever beverage you prefer) with now and then. Must be ok with having a teenager in the house. We may get a pet at some point, probably a dog. All genders and ages ok - Come and check it out.

About the roomies

The flatmates are me, 40s professional, my partner and my son 13 yo.

I’m looking for trustworthy and friendly flatmates. Must be able to keep the place tidy, ok with a teenager, and ok to have a beer or wine or beverage of your choice with.

No smokers/vapers. Otherwise I am open to all genders and ages - so come along and check it out.

May get a pet, but no decision yet.
